AI Bot Team Vault: Obsidian Notes for Running a Small Team of AI Assistants (Free)

A free Obsidian vault with the written setup I use to run a small team of AI assistants for content, publishing, sales and inbox work. For Grok Bot.

Inside (19 Markdown notes):

• Start Here: how to open the vault in Obsidian and set up each bot
• Team Map: who does what, and how work moves from a bot, to a legal-risk check, to your final OK
• 6 bot notes: role, jobs, rules, a setup block you can paste, and example tasks. One is a legal-risk checker (not a lawyer, and not legal advice)
• Team rules and lessons learned
• Workflows: clip pipeline, book publishing, store listing, inbox triage, risk review
• Templates: task brief, review request, daily log

You need your own Grok Bot account and the free Obsidian app. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Grok Bot, xAI or Obsidian. No income or results are promised. Not legal, financial or tax advice.
