What we sell

EXTXNDO sells digital products delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped, so there is nothing to physically return.

Returns and refunds

Whether an item can be returned or refunded depends on the item. The terms for each item are on its product listing at the time of purchase. Contact us before requesting a return or refund.

Digital sales are final, but email within 14 days if a file is faulty or not as described and we'll fix it or refund you. This doesn't limit any rights you have under law.

Services

Services (such as the clip pack) are paid up front, include 1 round of revisions, and are delivered within 3 days after we receive your files. If we can't deliver, we'll refund you. See "Services" in our Terms of Service.

File problems

Check your files when you download them. Contact us right away if a file is faulty, will not open, or is not as described.

Exchanges

Contact us to ask about exchange options.

Refunds

We will review your request and tell you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method unless otherwise stated. Your bank or payment provider may need extra time to process and post the refund. If you do not see an approved refund within a reasonable time, contact us.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights that may apply if a product is defective, not as described, not delivered within the required or agreed timeframe, or otherwise does not comply with applicable law.
